Kyle founded Row4Life in 2022. He is a recent Political Science graduate of the University of Lynchburg and will soon be joining the Peace Corps as an English Education Co-Teacher in Rwanda starting May, 2025.

Dr. Thaller served as a General Partner at several Venture Capital funds on Wall Street where he co-managed the investment of nearly a billion dollars with top-quartile performance while serving on the Board of Directors of nearly 20 firms. Prior to his career in business, Dr. Thaller served in various capacities as a Naval Officer on highly classified missions aboard nuclear Attack submarines.

Geoffrey is the Row4Life Site Manager and Coach for Wau, Standard Secondary School in Wau, South Sudan. He serves as a English teacher at the school and when he is not teaching, he is leading, coaching and mentoring his students to achieve Olympic greatness through Row4Life!
